ResellerRatings uses Chargebee as its payment and invoicing platform. Chargebee is a trusted billing solution that allows you to manage your subscription, update payment details, and view invoices — all in one place.
To update your payment method, navigate to your account menu located at the top right of your dashboard.
Under Account > Payment
From here, you can view your invoices and update your payment information.

One Time Password
When you access the payment portal, Chargebee sends a one-time password (OTP) to your email address to verify your identity. If you do not receive the OTP, check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team using the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
