  • Collect Trust > Automatic Survey Collection (ASC) 
  • Click on the drop-down to go to Checkout / Email After Purchase Distribution
  • Select a slider percentage

Some Tips

Ensure you have your checkout survey and normal pop-up configured properly.  Each has a different template and is defaulted to ask the same questions.  So if you have customized your survey, make sure your other survey (checkout or post) is configured so you're asking your shoppers the same question!
