How to set up Follow Ups

You can set up follow-ups very easily within your survey setting.  Sending follow-up emails to remind customers to leave a review after an initial request can push the conversion rate higher. About 28% of customers will leave a review after receiving a second request .

 

There are a few ways to access your survey settings.

  1. Go to Collect Trust on the Top Menu
  2. Go to Automatic Collection and click on the link for survey Settings
  3. Scroll down to the Follow-Up Settings

Alternative Route

  1. You can also access The Survey settings by clicking on Settings
  2. Go to Collection on the Left-hand side


You can turn on both brand review follow-up and product follow-up here - as well as customize the follow-up emails.
