Answering questions that come in closes a feedback loop that's critical for shoppers who leave your site.  It's a great way to bring customers BACK into the fold.   

When you message a customer in Q&A, they get an email saying you responded.

  2. Shopper Asks a question
  3. Shopper gets emailed when someone answers the question (retailer or other customer)
  4. Shoppers get directed back to the product page to read the answers
