How it works
Typically, we've had a 48-hour review hold on reviews; The resolution center allows you to expand that to a maximum of 30 days, during which the review will go live and be published. With new features and options like 'Revise a review', it's clear that agents need more time to work with shoppers - especially regarding shipping issues.

How can I keep track of the time when reviews will go live?
Review Status can always be seen near reviews in multiple places; they will either be:
- pending
- inactive
- published
Hovering over these will give a time status countdown until go-live.
Publish Review
Publishing reviews will allow you to actually publish a review if there is no particular issue with it. For example, a published review can we manually done once an engagement with a shopper is complete, or if the review has no further follow-up action needed.
Look for publishing reviews wherever you see a timer function.
