RSR Acquisition LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as ResellerRatings or Shopperstream ("Shopperstream", "ResellerRatings," "we," "us," or "our"), engages certain third-party service providers to assist in delivering, supporting, securing, and improving the ResellerRatings services.
Where these service providers process personal data on behalf of ResellerRatings in connection with providing services to our customers, they may act as subprocessors.

International Processing
Depending on the services being provided, personal data may be processed in the United States and in other countries in which ResellerRatings or its subprocessors maintain facilities or engage authorized service providers.
Where required by applicable data protection law, ResellerRatings uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
Subprocessor Responsibilities
ResellerRatings may require subprocessors that process personal data on our behalf to maintain appropriate privacy, confidentiality, and information-security protections consistent with applicable law and our contractual obligations to customers.
Our subprocessors may themselves engage additional service providers in accordance with their respective contractual and data-protection obligations.
Changes to Subprocessors
ResellerRatings may update this list as our services and service providers change.
Where required by an applicable agreement or data-protection law, ResellerRatings will provide customers with appropriate notice of material additions or replacements to subprocessors that process customer personal data.
