QA - Shopper Experience with Answers

When a shopper leaves a question on your page, what experience brings them back?

Shoppers who leave questions on your Q&A widget get notified when you or a customer answers a question.  This accomplishes two things

• brings the shopper back to your website
• answers the question for them
• brings them back into your purchase cycle if they have abandoned

Shoppers will get an email in their inbox when an answer is published.  They can then click through to go back to your store.
