Feedback Question Types

When you create custom feedback questions, you can choose from a variety of question types, each with answer formats tailored for your customers.
For example, you might create a question asking how likely a customer is to recommend a purchase — with a Yes/No answer format — or a rating-scale question for more nuanced responses. You can configure each question to match the answer type that fits best.
ResellerRatings continues to expand the available question types, so check back for new options.
To get started, navigate to your ResellerRatings dashboard and open the Feedback Questions settings. From there, select Add Question and choose your preferred question type from the available options.
