Did you know, when you create custom feedback questions, you can create a variety of different question types that have particular answers modeled for customers.

For example, perhaps you have a question that is about recommendation and how much someone would recommend a purchase?  Perhaps the question only illicit a yes or no answer.  You can create all these options.
