When you create custom feedback questions, you can choose from a variety of question types, each with answer formats tailored to your customers.
For example, you might ask how likely a customer is to recommend a purchase (a rating-scale question), or ask a simple yes/no question about their experience. You can create all of these question types.

How to Create Custom Feedback Question Types
To set up your custom feedback questions, navigate to your feedback settings, select Create Question, and choose from the available question types (such as rating scale, yes/no, or multiple choice). Configure the answer options to match your survey goal, then save and publish.
