Turning on Brand Metrics on and off

By default, collecting brand metrics for seller ratings is always turned on.  You can't turn it off unless you have a starter plan at the basic level - this is a growth and above feature to turn it off.

Why would you want to do this

  • Our surveys are highly configurable, while you lose out on deep-dive data, you can open the floor to custom questions
  • You can have both custom questions AND brand metrics tracked on one survey

What do Brand Metric questions look like on my survey?

Depending on how you launch (post-checkout email or checkout survey), by default, all five brand metric questions are turned on and not required, and completely optional.

  • If they are required the shopper must fill them out
  • They are set required by default
  • To optimize the collection, if Brand Metrics are turned to optional (as opposed to required), on our on-site Survey shoppers take on ResellerRatings.com when they leave their review - the brand metric questions will be asked AFTER we get a valid review for overall satisfaction, thus prioritizing review completion rates!
