Survey Modifiers - Follow Up
How to set up Follow Ups
You can set up follow-ups very easily within your survey setting. Sending follow-up emails to remind customers to leave a review after an initial request can push the conversion rate higher. About 28% of customers will leave a review after receiving a second request .
There are a few ways to access your survey settings.
- Go to Collect Trust on the Top Menu
- Go to Automatic Collection and click on the link for survey Settings
- Scroll down to the Follow-Up Settings
Alternative Route
- You can also access The Survey settings by clicking on Settings
- Go to Collection on the Left-hand side
You can turn on both brand review follow-up and product follow-up here - as well as customize the follow-up emails.
