Social QA - How do I respond to a question?
Brand answers are answers driven by you on your product page. Answering a question drives customers back to your site.
Answering questions that come in closes a feedback loop that's critical for shoppers who leave your site. It's a great way to bring customers BACK into the fold.
When you message a customer in Q&A, they get an email saying you responded.

- Shopper finds a product on your product page
- Shopper Asks a question
- Shopper gets emailed when someone answers the question (retailer or other customer)
- Shoppers get directed back to the product page to read the answers
