      Social Q&A - Retailer Answer Highlight Turn on retailer highlighting ResellerRatings Team

      You can highlight your retailer's answers giving them a pop. This sets your answers apart as the de-facto and more trusted answer. Adding this effectively highlights all retailer answers.

      Go to Settings > Social Q&A

      Scroll down to retailer highlight and turn it on.
